Hello judokas!
There are two main things coming up: ACC Bar Night Round 2 and Judo Christmas Dinner!
First things first, the ACC Bar Night. There is a Facebook event up, but unfortunately the online tickets are not working properly. So when you have time go to the imperialcollegeunion.org and search for ACC in a day or two (I will send out a second email if I find them). The theme is Geeks & Freaks, so let your creativity flow. If you have an idea that would be something the whole judo club could come dressed as tell me and I will spread the message (I'm hopeless at these types of things, I haven't tried anything and I'm completely out of ideas).

The Christmas Dinner will be held at Sticky Fingers just off High Street Kensington on Sunday the 14th of December. It's a place with quite good burgers in the price range of £10-16, and there are other options like salads, steaks, etc. Please respond to this email if you are interested in going as we will be making a reservation for a table by the beginning of next week.
Here is a copy of their menu: http://www.stickyfingers.co.uk/assets/pdf/menus/food.pdf

Hey guys,
Bit of a misunderstanding, the first train tomorrow is at 6:40 so we will meet at south Kensington at 6:45 not 6. I will be in inside the rails to the entrance as I will catch the train at Earls Court to get there.
In case of emergency or running late or anything my number is: 07543580388
Please if you see this e mail and know of people going to the station at six please let them know that that is not the correct time by phone (I dont have everybody´s numbers).
Sorry about the mixup,
Guillermo

Hey guys!
Yet another opportunity to meet more of the Country's judo players arises. This time there will be a joint training session with the university of Bristol team, details below. If you are interested in going let me know so I can get a sense of whether it is worth going as a team and organizing joint transport or not.
Regards,
El Capitán!

Hi All!
I hope everyone who is going to the London Open is excited for next weekend, but I have more exciting news for you all:
There is a competition taking place in PARIS on Saturday the 6th December 2014, which is free to enter along with food and accommodation provided. We will only have to arrange our own travel there and back, but we shall do this together as a team.
This is an awesome opportunity to meet players from all across Europe, but do not worry as you will only be fighting players of similar grade. We will also have the opportunity to attend a Judo exhibition prepared by the Judokas from École polytechnique, which is the University organising this event.
I will need replies by the 18th of November whether you are interested in attending this competition.

Hey guys,
Its El Capitan here, with some exciting news, on Monday the 17th of November the union has its annual team picture session. In order to book a slot I need to know roughly how many people are going to take part or whether you want to have a team picture at all. Since Judo had never had one it would be cool to show up in our Gis and look badass for the picture :).
So if you are interested if you could get back to me saying whether you are interested and what time would be convenient for you between 10:00 and 13:00 next Monday.
Come on guys, it will be fun,
Regards,
El Capitan

Hey guys,
This weekend the Cambridge Judo club is visiting London for a practice at the Budokwai. The entry would cost 5 pounds to all Imperial students and the practice runs from 11:30 to 13:30 on Sunday the 9th of November.
Make sure we get as many people across as we can, it is a chance to train with new people with different styles and it is also a chance to meet people you will see in training/competition over the coming year(s).
Judo Love,
El Capitan
