Dear FILM-users, If you do microscopy on the last day before the College closure (23/12) or during the closure days (if you have access), please switch the microscope off completely when you are finished, even when another person is booked as they might not show up. Access to College buildings will be restricted from 18:00 Thursday 23rd December 2021 to 07:00 Tuesday 4th January 2022. If you need be at work on Christmas Day or New Year's Day, contact your Head of Department, who should contact Security<mailto:id.card@imperial.ac.uk> for authorisation. This is very powerful software for 3D and 4D image analysis including feature segmentation, tracking, lineage tracing and filament tracing. To launch the software Bitplane is organising a workshop with a seminar (hybrid event, online and offline on November 11th) and 1 on 1 sessions to analyse your (pre-submitted) data on November 12th, please see the attached flyer for info on how to sign up. The on-site seminar has limited spaces and is for Imperial College attendants only, face masks are required. But it will be streamed for online viewing.
