Hi We are back to normal this week, we have our usual slot on Tuesday and Thursday in the UCH. To start next weeks mix off we have a very funny comedy about a 40 year old virgin. I know that we are at imperial and there is a lack of girls, but i do hope that no one here will end up like that!! In the last newsletter I described The Skeleton Key as a horror, the film has not been designed to be a horror. It is a an entertaining supernatural thriller that makes excellent use of its Louisiana locations. The film involves the use of Hoodoo magic spells, it has a twist ending that's undeniably effective. This will also unfortunately be my last email as I am graduating this year, but I will be leaving the cinema in very capable hands next year. The RHPS advanced the Allied cause by flying vital messages about enemy movements across the English Channel, whilst evading brutal attacks by the enemy's Falcon Brigade. In Good Company Dan Foreman is headed for a shakeup. He is demoted from head of ad sales for a major magazine when the company he works for is acquired in a corporate takeover. His new boss, Carter Duryea, is half his age--a business school prodigy who preaches corporate synergy. They face overwhelming complications including pirates, kidnapping, and bankruptcy. Sideways Miles is a failed writer living a meager existence in San Diego as an English teacher. With his career seemingly fading and the fate of a book hinging on a publisher's decision, Miles is depressed with himself and what he hasn't achieved. Jack is a television actor whom some recognize but not many do, as if he were a minor actor who got a taste of success. With his best friend Miles, the two embark on a road trip through California's wine country. Miles wants to give his friend a nice sendoff before married life, while Jack simply wants to have a fling beforehand.
