Z-Health internal actions before Friday
Hi Franco, I have been doing some thinking on the proposal and looking at notes from the call yesterday. Some of the decisions we need to make are: 1. Whether we include 18-25s as a viable cohort in the study – high levels of autonomy and potential for some of the interventions to be more influential here 2. Assign WP leads where possible – I think for the evaluation WP this is most important 3. Develop an intervention package matrix - a first draft is attached. The key dimension missing is location / where we deploy these interventions. 4. New partners - WHO Europe is key - has a call with Kremlin been set up yet? This is falling behind. 5. We said we would send a reminder of the intervention template to the group - the idea was this was returned ahead of Friday so we could make some WP and intervention mapping Loredana has set up a Gantt chart template: https://imperialcollegelondon.app.box.com/file/2161357657706 Actions: * Heather, have you set up the call with Kremlin yet? * Franco, would you like me to email the consortium the intervention template? * If we struggle to make progress tomorrow, is it worth entertaining the idea of postponing the consortium call until next week? Jack
I've done the notes from yesterday's meeting now and will send them out first thing. I can attach the intervention template to that email. Apologies for not setting up the call with Kremlin yet. I'll send him an email now. Thank you, Heather. Yes, please, attach the intervention template again when you send out the notes. Thank you also for offering some times to Kremlin tomorrow. Loredana, if you have any insights on what affiliation with the project it would be best to propose for WHO, this would be very helpful. CAUTION: This message came from outside Imperial. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognise the sender and were expecting this email. Dear Franco, All, Please find below two 1. A draft of the foresight work that could potentially be implemented under WP8, and that may also provide materials for communication activities under WP9. We would like to use this draft as a starting point for a conversation with the communication leader. Clearly, any comments, suggestions, or ideas would be very welcome. 2. A possible intervention component drafted by Prof. Chiaffo (Policlinico Gemelli). They prepared it using only the call as a basis, and I am uncertain whether this activity reflects the approach and scale of the interventions we look for within the project. It does highlight the potential to include healthcare services and families within the target groups; however, these aspects might already be addressed in other ways. When possibile - we understand there are more pressing issues on the table - it would be great your thoughts/feedbacks.
