I would also appreciate your guidance on a couple of points: - We are currently unsure how to best estimate the “average monthly rate” for our organisation, could you advise on how this should be approached in our case? - Could you confirm whether the field “Researchers involved in the proposal” is applicable to EMSA, given our nature as a student-led organisation? Finally, EMSA does not currently have a Gender Equality Plan.
