Agenda for tomorrow's Z-HEALTH meeting
Dear Loredana, Giovanna, (and anyone else in the management team) Do you have any items to suggest for tomorrow's consortium meeting? I am asking a few people to make short presentations on intervention components they may be leading. I think the main goal of this meeting should be to reach conclusions on the design of interventions, countries where they will be implemented, additional partners needed for implementation, and writing up responsibilities. Hi Franco, please find attached some slides for tomorrow based on the following proposed agenda (of course, feel free to disregard it): OVERVIEW * Presentation of the framework: habit pathway and life-course transition (ICL – 20 min.). It will be useful to recap the “new” framework and key concept of the proposal * Questions and Answers (ALL PARTNERS – 20 min.) To convalidate the framework with partner INTERVENTIONS * Presentation of common feature (new PERT diagram) (ICL - 20 min.) . To present the new PERT (during last meeting was discussed a different approach, more digital). * Discussion on vertical and horizontal WPs: leadership, participation and partner gaps (ALL PARTNERS - 30 min.). To define WP leaders (including for horizontal aspects, participants and partner gaps) * Presentation on intervention components (ALL PARTNERS - 10 min. each). I’m not sure how many ppt we have but 10-15 min. each would be fine) FINANCIAL & ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUES * Update (ISINNOVA/ICL – 5 min.). Thank you, Loredana. This is very helpful. I have revised the agenda taking your proposals into account. I suggest we leave admin matters at the start, otherwise they always get cut off at the end of the meeting. A few potential presenters have responded, but not all, so I will include their contributions as tentative. I will also make sure to pause my presentation at the points you have suggested, so that we can gather feedback and inputs. May I ask you to make the initial presentation on financial and admin issues and the final one on timetable, please? I will circulate the agenda tonight.
