Can anyone help me? Thank you very much. Best regards, Shan 从 Windows 版邮件<https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=550986>发送
Hi Shan, Certainly with continuous Galerkin method you can avoid the checker boarding effect by using a Taylor Hood element where the pressure space is one order lower than the velocity space. I think there is an example of how to set this up in the user-guide. We tend to use this combination at higher Re numbers where we do otherwise observe problems. For DG spaces I think you might need to use a P - (P-2) space where the pressure is two orders lower than the velocity. Cheers, Spencer.
