To anyone interested in doing interval training to work on judo-specific

working with some of us for judo-specific strength and conditioning. These
can be completed in your own time throughout the season to help improve

Please forward this to all the club. People in the club can use some of
these to either add to their programming or for example they are injuried
an athlete could bike for example.
HR and the timings are very important.
