[FILM-Users 00262] trial licence Definiens Tissue Studio
Dear microscopists, on initiative of Thomas Hopkins (Sarah Blagden lab), we have a trial licence for DEFINIENS TISSUE STUDIO available for a few weeks on the Definiens licence server. This is a tool specifically designed to make analysis of histology samples easier, so could be interesting to many people working with clinical samples. (http://tissuestudio.definiens.com/) You are all very welcome to test the trial licence. If you haven't used Definiens yet, please get in touch for a quick introduction and access. If it works well and is useful to various people, the idea would be to join forces and look for funding through grant application. And just a general note, we have already used Definiens very successfully in the past to analyse a large range of samples, including various tissue stainings, if you have a challenging image analysis task, please get in touch with the FILM crew.
