Re: [NIJZ]: Z-Health consortium meeting follow up
Dear Monika and Mojca, These suggestions are excellent. Thank you. Don’t worry about preparing a full task description by tomorrow, we can do it after the meeting. On the other hand, if you could provide more details on your first point (common denominators) that would be very helpful. Dear Franco, As discussed during the meeting, I am sharing our proposal for WP6 – Intervention Implementation in Countries in writing below. @Mojca, please feel free to correct me if I have misrepresented anything from our discussion this morning. ________________________________ Proposal We are interested in leading WP6 – Intervention Implementation in Countries. We see this work package as a crucial bridge between the development of interventions and their real-world impact. Our vision is threefold: 1. Common denominators: We propose to identify shared principles across all interventions to enable harmonization and standardization where appropriate. 2. National implementation feasibility: We propose to assess, using implementation science frameworks, whether interventions can be scaled sustainably, identify necessary adaptations, and ensure that critical groups – particularly vulnerable populations – are addressed. We also plan to map and engage relevant national stakeholders to secure ownership and effective pathways for implementation. 3. Alignment with EU regulations: We propose to analyze how interventions relate to European legislation, such as the Digital Services Act, identifying principles that can be harmonized and operationalized to provide a clear legal framework for implementation where relevant. We also propose to integrate intervention and national case analyses, feeding results back into a cycle of accountability – understanding the context, testing interventions, and iteratively refining them to maximize effectiveness and sustainability. ________________________________ If this approach is acceptable, we will prepare a draft proposal for the task descriptions on our side by Friday. Best regards, Monika
