Hi Franco, I have been doing some thinking on the proposal and looking at notes from the call yesterday. Some of the decisions we need to make are: 1. Whether we include 18-25s as a viable cohort in the study – high levels of autonomy and potential for some of the interventions to be more influential here 2. Assign WP leads where possible – I think for the evaluation WP this is most important 3. Develop an intervention package matrix - a first draft is attached. The key dimension missing is location / where we deploy these interventions. 4. New partners - WHO Europe is key - has a call with Kremlin been set up yet? This is falling behind. 5.
