Below the table summarizing the received signed form. Among the confirmed partners, only the form from ICL and NYU are missing.

WHO budget:

Here the current version of the budget. About WHO budget, and assuming 9.556€ as monthly rate, I allocated:

17 PMs (1 under WP1, 8 under WP8 and 8 under WP9) corresponding to 162K€
7.500€ for travel cost
a total budget of 212K€.

Please let me know if it corresponds to your agreement with them (I’m available for a call if you want work on the budget together).

Application:

Giovanna is working on a first draft of sections 1.2.3, 1.2.4, 1.2.5 and 1.2.6 but I’m not sure they will be ready by tomorrow morning considering that today is a public holiday in Italy. I’m working on section 2.1, at least on the structure of the paragraph. I can do the same for section 3.2 Consortium as whole.

@Jack, please let us know if are working in those sections to avoid overlaps.

Without wanting to interfere with your further holiday plans, especially now that Spring seems to have arrived, i am just reminding you that we will need to send a set of documents to WHO tomorrow, which should include: a proposal (obviously this won't be complete, but it should at least look as complete and tidy as possible); a budget (I assume they will be OK with an overall total budget and details of the WHO budget); FENSA (due diligence information) spreadsheet, and signed disclosure forms.

My understanding is that the FENSA spreadsheet is reasonably complete. We do not have all the signed disclosure forms (some of the partners have not yet formally joined) but hopefully they will be OK with this. The budget is doable. The proposal is the hardest bit.

I am planning to finish objectives and ambition today, and to do part of the methodology section (I hope at least half of it). I will assign sections to people, but I don't expect those to be ready by tomorrow. For WHO, it's important that we have something in each section, even if not complete, and we should also have the section on Consortium as a whole completed, because this is important for them.

Please, let me know if you have any views on the above and if there is anything you may be able to do today or early tomorrow.
