Dear Franco,

Apologies for the delayed reply, this week has been extremely busy on my end.
I just came from a short meeting with the YHO team and they are interested but will clear it with their Board and let us know asap.

With EMSA, we are also waiting for the decision of their leadership as these internal processes often take time. I will send them another reminder that the deadline is soon approaching.

I hope to have their final answers for you over the weekend!
Kind regards,
Katja

Thank you, Arnfinn. It is now even more important that we secure the participation of the other two organisations. Katja, anything we can do to help? Would you like to have a quick call on this?

Arnfinn, I think we can mention the Youth Councils in the proposal. As you say, they don’t need to be partners. Hopefully every implementing country will be able to reach out to a local youth organisation in the design of the interventions. But having some as partners in the Consortium would add a lot of value.

Dear all

PRESS have decided to not be a part of the project unfortunately. I don't know Ask from before, but I have had the feeling a while that he was not that committed.

An alternative approach would be to contact the Youth Councils in Bergen and Trondheim municipalities. They are elected youth in age 13-19 years old. They don't need to be partners, but we could involvement in relation to the process of intervention adaption and development.

Best regards

Arnfinn

Dear Arnfinn, unfortunately I have a meeting starting shortly too, but you know what to say. I look forward to hearing what they are able to do. If they are OK, please, identify a contact person and tell them that Giulia will contact them about the administrative information we require.

Dear Arnfinn and Katja,

In order to finalise the budget of the project, we need to determine whether the three youth organisations we have been discussing as possible partners will actually join the proposal. How have your contacts been evolving? Are we now in a position to contact them for obtaining the information required to add them to the proposal? Just as a reminder, the three organisations we have been discussing are:

  • PRESS (Arnfinn is the contact)
  • European Medical Students’ Association (Katja)
  • European Youth Health Organisation (Katja)

I look forward to receiving some information at your earliest convenience.

Thank you.

Franco
