Kremlin Wickramasinghe from WHO Europe has expressed interest in contributing to the Z-health bid. Are you able to help work out the best way of achieving WHO participation?

Franco suggests there are three alternatives:

1. Full partner
2. Sub-contractor
3. Third party

Kremlin has suggested they could do as with STOP and help provide the connection to countries for the implementation and convening the government focal points around the project, and with dissemination but he is keen to avoid the difficulties that occurred in STOP with reporting.

I will set up a call with Kremlin this week to discuss his input.
