Dear Robert, 

I noticed that you indicated a monthly rate of 2.900€. 

Assuming that we ask for an average monthly rate that express the cost of the team involved in the project activities, I would make sure that the rate you indicated is correct (it seems a bit low in my experience). 

Could you please confirm that the figure is estimated on the basis of the weighted mix of staff that are expected to work on the project (excluding overheads that will be calculated automatically)?
