Hi, we have two requests to which we’ll need to respond tomorrow:

1. I will be meeting the WHO admin person tomorrow at 11am CET. They will let me know what we need to submit in order for them to be able to consider joining our proposal. Kremlin has mentioned that they will probably need a draft proposal, a list of partners, and a budget, or at least an indication of how much we can allocate to them. What can we realistically provide as a placeholder, in the absence of a draft proposal? The list of partners is OK. Can we work out how much we could afford to allocate to them?
2. BIOG, the German public health institute, has requested a ballpark estimate of person-months that may be available to countries implementing interventions. They will need this tomorrow morning. I am inclined to say between 50 and 60 PMs. Would you agree?
