Thank you, Katja. I assume Nina was talking about the same call, but I did not ask specifically. It’s true that there are other calls in which they may be relevant. I tend to agree
that we should proceed without sharing any sensitive information until after the proposal is submitted, unless anyone else has objections.

Hi Franco,
Are they a part of three proposals for this specific call or for a different Horizon call with this exact same deadline?
I checked with Mojca and Monika, and we agree that we can still go ahead with them but they would just need to make sure that they keep the project and finance documentation separate (to my knowledge, YHO is well versed with that).
Unfortunately, youth organizations that cover all of our implementing countries are quite rare so we might need to make do with "good enough"
Kind regards,
Katja

I have just finished a call with YHO (Nina). They are interested and happy to join the proposal, based on the role I have described to them (coordinating national youth organisations
involved in the co-creation of interventions, supporting dissemination and impact generation activities, and participating in the overall management of the project). They seem to have members in about half of the countries in which we will be implementing
interventions, which is not great but probably good enough. The one issue that worries me slightly is that they are already involved in three (!) proposals under this call. If we had more time, I would say we’d look for an alternative partner, but given this
is really last minute, we may want to go ahead anyway. I would welcome your views on this.
