I just finished the call with UoC. I will summarise below the budget changes required. Please, let me know if we are going to have a meeting this afternoon/evening.

On the budget:

1. May I check that 8600 is the average rate they have given us?
2. PMs in WP4. We have allocated 15 to IFT and 0 to UoC. We should move 10 of those 15 to UoC.
3. We should leave the 43k of other costs in UoC’s budget, and add 20k in IFT’s budget, as they have requested, but we should ask IFT what they are for.
4. If there is room in the budget, a subcontract for the adaptation of apps to support intervention delivery should be added (amount depending on what’s feasible).
