• average monthly rate: exactly, we calculated a weighted average of the different team members who would be involved in the project. We did not include overheads into this average.
• other costs: these costs rely in particular to external support for the design, production and shipping of intervention material, i.e. graphics agencies, printing companies, postage.

Dear Barbara, 

I’m Loredana, from ISINNOVA, partner of the proposal and supporting ICL in the definition of the budget. 

I would need your support to complete the budget for IFT-Nord: 

• in the form you indicated 8.600€ as average monthly rate for your institute. Could you please confirm that it reflects a weighted average of the staff profiles expected to be involved in the project, from junior to senior research staff (excluding overheads)?
• we received indication to allocate 20.000€ under other costs. Could you please provide a description of this amount and which costs are supposed to cover?

I would appreciate to receive your feedback tomorrow morning (15 april) as late in the morning we will upload the budget on the participant portal.
