By “clean up” you mean removing the comments and instructions? If it is just that, it should be done in the OneDrive version that goes to WHO. It’s not necessary to do it in the 3103 version now.

I am really sorry, Loredana. It looks like my computer has kept my changes in its memory and has created a conflict with other changes when I have accessed the 3103 version again. We need to review all track changes in the document and accept/decline them as appropriate. We will need to address this urgently because we cannot afford to spend time addressing these issues in the final days.

Just to confirm that I’ve included all contributions to WP boxes in the master copy.
It seems that all my inputs from yesterday have been delayed (see screenshot). Anyway, I can fix it in the one drive version (you should have received an invitation to a once drive folder named WHO version).

It’s very frustrating that the technology we are using works less well than what we had 8 years ago, when we were working on the STOP proposal. Both the group addresses and Box seem to be having lots of issues. I worked on the 3103 proposal yesterday and I realised this morning that the file was still “saving…”. To avoid losing what I had done, I had to save the file in a new version 0704, part of which will now need to be copied into the main version. Please, check whether Box is doing this to you as well, and make sure anything you add/change is reflected in the online version of the file. So frustrating…
