let me clarify the issues of the average monthly rate €12,469 submitted

It consists of the average monthly salaries of 5 experts from PHCU, considering the level of employment in the project 

• Head of viral hepatitis and opioid dependency Department
• Head of Department of Non-Communicable Diseases Prevention
• Chief Expert in Project Management and International Cooperation
• M&E expert
• Chief Financial specialist
