The PMs are aligned. It’s the “salary for schools” item that is blowing the budget out of proportion. Can you ask for more details on what this is about? We should bring it down, mainly for equity reasons, given that other implementing partners are not receiving that much.

We’re working hard on an outline of the plan following today’s conversation with Franco to determine the Institute’s experts’ involvement and what subcontracting will be necessary. We might be able to send you the outline today, but since it’s almost 3:00 p.m., I can’t guarantee it. Only once we have the outline will we be able to determine the budget.
