Thank you, Isabela. We have added the budget on the EU Portal, keeping the 5500 monthly rate. If we are funded, we will consider how best (and most safely, in case of an audit) to
use the corresponding funds allocated to EMSA. I am sure you have a good use for them, we just need to make sure we can justify it in the context of the project.

Dear Franco,
Yes what you understood form Pedro is in fact correct. We do not have any employed staff and are all merely volunteer based students. Therefore there is no specific cost that we have, however there is of course a certain value to the work
that is done by students. What we usually did was an estimate of Volunteer Time valuation. In this case however, it would be very hard for us to track specific hours in case of an audit. So perhaps we would rather go with a stipend option for students or merely
put a valuation of EMSA's work as a whole, so that we may then distribute the summ accordingly to the work being done.
Considering everything, for the purpose of the proposal and to ensure consistency with the overall budget, would you suggest keeping the proposed average monthly rate of €5,500 as is, or should we change it
based on a different structure due to it being volunteer time.
Europeanly yours,
