Hello Arnfinn May I ask a quick question? We have 6 people able to meet in Oslo on 10 March, 2 people possibly able to come (including Marie from the US) and 6 people online. The feeling is that it would be very helpful to meet in person but we wondered what you thought? Dear Arnfinn, I am working on a possible set of interventions that I would like to propose to the consortium. To make sure we are not missing any potentially relevant ones, may I ask you whether any of the pilots in the Joint Action are targeting young people with interventions that may be within the scope of the new call? Also, at some point you mentioned that someone in the JA was working with actigraph devices. Could you give me more details about that, please? Thank you. Franco

Hello Daniel Thank you for your email. I’m sorry I don’t have an answer for you at the moment. The proposal is still in its very early draft and I’m not sure it’s progressed as far as defining input from partners. However, I am copying this to my colleagues in Isinnova who are masterminding the bid for us in case they can provide any estimates of what will be needed. Z-health: actions from team meeting 27/2/26

Hello All Here are the actions I noted from the team meeting today, 27 February: Agreed: * Reshape the proposal to focus on NCDs. * Try to find cross-cutting interventions that impact obesity, mental health and addictions. * The starting point must be interventions that are already tested. * Try to find interventions that will have an outcome in two years. * Will need to make compromises - potentially focusing on just 12-18 year olds. * Aim to have a complete list of interventions to share with the consortium for refining on 10 March. * Need to begin drafting other sections of the proposal such as Impact, Policy, Comms & dissemination. Dorota expressed interest in the policy element. * Need to identify additional partners who are able to run interventions. * Need to think about the work package structure. Actions: Loredana: * Provide a list of bullet points on the areas that Isinnova could cover in this project Jack: * Reframe the current draft to focus on NCDs - obesity, mental health and addictions Franco: * Look at the Best Practice portal for interventions * Ask Mariia to look at JACARDI interventions that focus on 12-25 year olds. * Ask Arnfinn to identify the JA Prevent NCD interventions in 12-25 year olds. Heather: * Check with Arnfinn over an in-person meeting on 10 March - emailed 27/26 * Email partners to gather interventions they are involved in / could run. Attach the intervention template as a guide to what will be required even if this can't be supplied at present. I hope I've captured everything but please let me know if I've missed something. Hello All In case this helps to decide on when, where and how to meet, I have: * 6 people who can be in Oslo for an in-person meeting (Arnfinn, Ask, Franco, Jack, Daniel, Dorota) * 2 people who may be able to travel and are checking diaries (Marisa, Marie) * 6 people who can join online but not in person (Isinnova team, Ayo, Katja, Matej) * Camilla is teaching on 10 March and not available at all.
