Dear All, Firstly my apologies to those of you who may get two copies of this email - I am sending it to the group representatives to the Departmental Computing Committee and the staff list. I have become very aware that a number of people have had problems with ICT tickets over the past several months - tickets getting lost, long delays etc. I know that there is a strong desire to improve this service in ICT and a strong incentive for us have these tickets resolved and so I would to put a list together of all outstanding tickets from physics. So please can you send me the numbers and any short appropriate narrative of tickets that you are having problems with. I am also aware that some of the people who file most tickets may not be on either list, so please can you forward this email to people who might be in that position. Best, david
