This is due to a disk failure on the SAN which has been replaced. The storage array management software is redistributing disk volumes across the array containing the failed disk. Unfortunately, we cannot interrupt this activity and we estimate it will take another day or two to complete. ICT apologises for any inconvenience caused by this. Regards Paul
