I have a short agenda for today:
1. update from ICT - that said I am not sure who from ICT is available today. I did have a message from Okan saying that he ws free today, but then forgot that he is not on our list (something that we need to correct) so he didn't get the message that the meeting was definitely today. If there is nobody from ICT I will go over what was said at the FRCC - however it will be much better if there is somebody from ICT.
2. Our structure now that we have communities rather than groups. This will lead into ToR discussion and I hope that we can make bullet points during the meeting. These are going to be pretty wide.
3. Very linked to 2 - how we can work more collaboratively and strategically in the area of computing.
I have asked Dan Whitehouse to to set up a teams meeting in our computing team (my lack of outlook account means that I cannot), and he will circulate this to the list.

At short notice, it is not really surprising that there was no really good day. The only day that seems feasible at all is Wednesday (maybe those who can not make it can send deputies?). I have booked 532 - teams coords to come.
As well as the usual update from ICT, the two things that I want us to discuss are:

This committee has existed since the dawn of time - well long before I came to Imperial and any terms of reference that we might once have had have been long lost. We are in the process of updating the FRCC ToR and that has been only been going for a few years.
Any other items of business are welcome obviously.
