CCing the list as this will be generally useful. By the end of the month is the plan. It will administered through ICT and I believe that the process will involve registering it with the shop and then it will be automatic. Although, I don't quite understand the process if you already have it installed and just want it renewed rather than reinstall. Adrian and Steve any thoughts?
