[Physics-Departmental-Computing] Question regarding HPC governance at Imperial

Dear All, I was preparing thoughts for the review this afternoon and I realised that I didn't know how the HPC resources were allocated at college. It seemed to me that apart from where special arrangements had been made with equipment being bought on grants, it was essentially up to Simon. Was there more to it? Any information from users or ICT people would be very useful. Best, david
