That is still fine for me. Cheers, Spencer Sent from my iPhone

Hi All,
If we did move this meeting to 11:30 on Friday would that preclude anybody? Would that help Jarvist at all?

I already have the org chart but it didn't really help very much as it is a mixture of several roles. Time for a ticket ... Best, david

Many thanks for your efforts to arrange a meeting. RE (1): I'm afraid I'm in an ESA TRUTHS MAG meeting on Friday 26th March from 12.30 - 17.30 and again on Tuesday 30th March, and these times are not flexible for me.
RE (2): I had a meeting with ICT regarding "Data Centre Hosting / ICT Strategy and Support" organised by Steve Prescott-Jones last Friday morning which touched upon the new structure - so this PDF might be helpful on who's who (and who isn't anyone yet - crucially for me, no "head of research computing support" yet): https://imperiallondon.sharepoint.com/sites/ict/essinfo/OrganisationCharts/I... We've previous had Leigh Davenport join us, but I think there is an appetite of both Steve Prescott-Jones and Martin Sharkey to learn more about what's going on around the College (I gave a brief presentation on activities in SPAT Physics). Whether these are appropriate to give updates of interest to us I don't know, but they should be able to point someone our way at least.
Hope that's helpful on (2) if not (1).
Rich

Hi All,
Two things:
1. We seem to have two equally popular days in Thursday and Friday but clearly two people cannot make each of them. So do the people who say that they cannot make these have any flexibility at all?
2. Nobody from ICT had filled in the doodle poll and so I checked and they have all left our list. I think that they have all left college. The truth is that I don't know who the liaison person(s) is these days. This is not a great state of affairs. Do any of you know who we should contact (if not I will raise a ticket)?
Best, david

Dear All,
I know that we said that we would try to have a computing meeting in the middle of each term and that we are near the end of this term and so I would like to squeeze one before Easter if we can, if we cannot then soon after Easter. I have set up a doodle poll at:
https://doodle.com/poll/wrzggbbdvdbnqkzw?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=li nk
You will see that I have only put the days and that is because these meetings are traditionally at lunchtime so I am going to suggest that we schedule them 13:00->14:00. Please let me know if you have any strong objection to this and we can shift it.
If you have agenda items then please let me know.
I will set up a teams channel and that can also serve as a document repository.
Best, david
