Dear All, This afternoon, I am giving evidence to the HPC review that college is performing. The terms of reference are attached. I had misunderstood this process until reading these which only arrived while I was (mostly) on holiday last week. The terms of reference are quite short and clear. If you would like to have input then please send me comments by ~1pm so that I can absorb them in time for the meeting. My apologies for the very late notice, as I said, I was on holiday last week. Question regarding HPC governance at Imperial

Dear All, I was preparing thoughts for the review this afternoon and I realised that I didn't know how the HPC resources were allocated at college. It seemed to me that apart from where special arrangements had been made with equipment being bought on grants, it was essentially up to Simon. Was there more to it? Any information from users or ICT people would be very useful. Best, david
