Dear All, Something that has been on my (low priority) list of things to do for about a year is the restructuring of Physics Departmental Computing pages. Caroline Jackson has offered to do the work and she is waiting on me (and has been for the best part of a year). So now I am trying to think of useful content. so far I have: - A list of group representatives - minutes of our meetings - Licensing information for things for which we have site/faculty licenses (often just a statement and link to the ICT shop) - Links to ICT general support pages. What else would be useful? Best, david

CCing the list as this will be generally useful. By the end of the month is the plan. It will administered through ICT and I believe that the process will involve registering it with the shop and then it will be automatic. Although, I don't quite understand the process if you already have it installed and just want it renewed rather than reinstall. Adrian and Steve any thoughts? Dear All, thanks for the replies. There are enough people using it that it makes sense for the department to buy a departmental license. Please distribute this through your groups so that people don't by anymore individual licenses. best, david
