Hi Raj, The range option is set like this, "FieldConvert -r xmin,xmax,ymin,ymax,zmin,zmax". The values are separated by commas. If an element has one vertex lying in this range, the element will be included in the dat/plt/vtu file. Elements will not be cut by the range boundary. I guess this is the problem.
