Dear Dauood, I suspect that, although you have installed the required libraries on your system, you may not have enabled the necessary options in the CMake configuration when compiling Nektar++. For example, to use FFTW, you need to enable the NEKTAR_USE_FFTW option. To use XxtMultiLevelStaticCond, you need to enable NEKTAR_USE_MPI.
