Re: [Nektar-users] Problem in CWIPI
Hi Mahdi, Thanks for spotting this! It looks like something I broke while rewriting the DG MPI implementation. I’ve had a quick go at fixing it, please check if this works for you by trying the branch “fix/FixCWIPIVirtualFunctionSpecifiers” on GitLab. I haven’t tested it but I think this all that is required – if that doesn’t work then please let me know what the next error is! Alternatively try the v5.0.0 release which shouldn’t have this issue. Dear NEKTAR users, I have successfully installed NEKTAR without CWIPI on our local HPC cluster and it works fine. Now, I want to build a new NEKTAR by including the CWIPI function. But, the installation is not successful. I am using Openmpi. I would be grateful if you have any idea how to resolve this issue. Many thanks. Dear Edward, Many thanks for your email. Unfortunately the fixed version it is not working yet. Please take a look at the attached picture. Thank you. It says: undefined reference to 'vtable for std. I had also tried to use Nektar 5.0.0 for CWIPI function, but it wasn't working either.
