Vortex-induced vibration of a cube box immerged in the air
Hi all, Could nektar++ simulate vortex-induced vibration of a cube box immerged in the air? I have read the user-guide and found that the "MoveBody" could do this, but "this force type is only supported for the Quasi-3D incompressible Navier-Stokes solver". What can I do? Any help would appreciate! Hongfu
Dear Hongfu, As things stand we have only been developing VIV capabilities for quasi-3D formulations. We do not currently have a complete infrastructure for fully 3D flow induced vibrations.
