Hi Dave, Thank you for your quick response. I ran the "ctest --output-on-failure" command and here is the sample of error messages: Start 361: CompressibleFlowSolver_CylinderSubsonic_NS_FRHU_LFRHU_SEM_3DHOMO1D_FFT 361/379 Test #361: CompressibleFlowSolver_CylinderSubsonic_NS_FRHU_LFRHU_SEM_3DHOMO1D_FFT ............***Failed 0.01 sec Error occurred running test: Command: CompressibleFlowSolver-g CylinderSubsonic_NS_FRHU_LFRHU_SEM_3DHOMO1D_FFT.xml 1>output.out 2>output.err Files left in /home/manishsharma915/nektar++-4.2.0/build/solvers/CompressibleFlowSolver/tmp_CylinderSubsonic_NS_FRHU_LFRHU_SEM_3DHOMO1D_FFT Start 362: CompressibleFlowSolver_IsentropicVortex16_FRHU_SEM_3DHOMO1D_FFT 362/379 Test #362: CompressibleFlowSolver_IsentropicVortex16_FRHU_SEM_3DHOMO1D_FFT ...................***Failed 0.02 sec Error occurred running test: Command: CompressibleFlowSolver-g IsentropicVortex16_FRHU_SEM_3DHOMO1D_FFT.xml 1>output.out 2>output.err Files left in /home/manishsharma915/nektar++-4.2.0/build/solvers/CompressibleFlowSolver/tmp_IsentropicVortex16_FRHU_SEM_3DHOMO1D_FFT Start 363: CompressibleFlowSolver_Couette_FRSD_LFRSD_MODIFIED_3DHOMO1D_FFT 363/379 Test #363: CompressibleFlowSolver_Couette_FRSD_LFRSD_MODIFIED_3DHOMO1D_FFT ...................***Failed 0.01 sec Error occurred running test: Command: CompressibleFlowSolver-g Couette_FRSD_LFRSD_MODIFIED_3DHOMO1D_FFT.xml 1>output.out 2>output.err Files left in /home/manishsharma915/nektar++-4.2.0/build/solvers/CompressibleFlowSolver/tmp_Couette_FRSD_LFRSD_MODIFIED_3DHOMO1D_FFT Start 364: CompressibleFlowSolver_CylinderSubsonic_NS_FRSD_LFRSD_MODIFIED_3DHOMO1D_FFT 364/379 Test #364: CompressibleFlowSolver_CylinderSubsonic_NS_FRSD_LFRSD_MODIFIED_3DHOMO1D_FFT .......***Failed 0.02 sec Error occurred running test: Command: CompressibleFlowSolver-g CylinderSubsonic_NS_FRSD_LFRSD_MODIFIED_3DHOMO1D_FFT.xml 1>output.out 2>output.err Files left in /home/manishsharma915/nektar++-4.2.0/build/solvers/CompressibleFlowSolver/tmp_CylinderSubsonic_NS_FRSD_LFRSD_MODIFIED_3DHOMO1D_FFT Also, even though the ctest is failing, I am able to use the code (at least to convert mesh files for now, will have check on the solver). Can you run ctest --output-on-failure and forward a sample of the error messages you're getting? Thanks, Dave On 23 Sep 2015, at 19:05, Sharma, Manish (sharmamh) <sharmamh@mail.uc.edu> wrote:
Hello All,
I am trying to compile the nektar++-4.2.0 on a Linux machine. When I run the ctest at the end, all the tests fail. I have also tried to use the info from the FAQ's in the userguide4.2.0, but it didn't help.
Any help to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Manish Sharma
