Hello Nektar Community,

Is part of the Nektar website currently down? I have been unable to install the third party libraries while setting up Nektar on a cluster which wasn't an issue before. I can access the front page of the Nektar website, but when I click the links for the user guide, I get error 404 for the html version and error 403 for the PDF. The same thing happens with the tutorials.
