HI Reda,

Are you using the most recent version of master? Also how big is the mesh since it could be running out of memory? 

If the files are not too big can you let us have a look at them to see where the file is segmenting? Alternatively you could compile in debug mode and it may give you a back trace of the seg fault or at least running it through a debugger would do this.
