Hi Ishan, hi syavash, I just tried that the FieldConvert "extract" module is working under Nektar version 5.5.0. As for debugging, you could compile the code in Debug to get a more detailed error message. Also, make sure that the boundary region you are trying to extract is defined in the session file. You can test it by running the test file CylFlow2D_FieldConvertFilter_Hdf5.xml and changing the FieldConvert filter. You can substitute "wss" with "extract".
