Welcome back everyone! Apologies for the lack of training last week, we had the bank holiday followed by graduation which meant we couldn't use the gym. As many of you are busy with exams and deadlines, we will have a slightly altered timetable: Mondays: 20:00 - 21:30 Wednesdays: 12:00 - 14:00 Mondays will be slightly more beginner oriented but we would like to encourage everyone to come to both sessions if you can make it.
