Hey everyone, Just a little update on this Sunday’s session. Since our coach won’t be able to train with us this Sunday we are planning to have a open mat session from 11:00 – 13:00 where we will be focusing on Ne-waza. Please note we recommend you do not take part in this session if you are a white belt, this is to ensure the safety and well-being of participants.
