Dear All, Below you will find a list of those who to my knowledge will be competing in Sheffield. If you are not on the list and would like to take part in the competition, please let me know immediately, as the deadline for the application is very close. If you are still unsure, I really advice you to go. It will be a great experience. It will be a bigger session for all. It will be followed up by sessions in smaller groups (we would split in half). The sessions are kindly sponsored by the Sport Imperial (they are free), are designed to set you off with a fitness programme to improve your performance and will be lead by experienced fitness instructors from Ethos. If you do not usually go to the gym, it would be a good opportunity to start. Please let me know who is attending by Thursday so that I have the idea of the numbers. Lastly, after the Monday training last week a watch has been found. If you lost it let me know.
