Hi everyone, Just a quick reminder about the London Uni Open competition on 26th November. It's our most local competition and great fun, from novices to black belts, and is a good starting competition whether it's your first or as the start of a warm-up for BUCS, so I need your entries in ASAP please! If you're reading this email and wondering whether you can be bothered to go find your judo license, now is definitely the time to do it! On the more social side, we will be going out for a meal at Wildwood (an Italian on Gloucester road: http://www.wildwoodrestaurants.co.uk/ ) this Saturday evening, a great chance for everyone to get to know each other better, and we'll be going for a pub crawl/union afterwards to continue the joviality, so email back if you want to come along so I know how many to book for! Hope to see loads of you there! On a more booze-related note, we have our first ACC night this Wednesday, for those of you who have just come it's the raucous drinking that joins all sports clubs together, £7 for 4 pints, and free entry. Basically a great chance for a piss-up :) Theme this time is School Uniform, wristbands on the door.
