Hi all! I hope you are all as excited as I am about the start of the new season!!! This email is about few different things, sorry if it ends up to be a bit long but I will try to keep it short! FRESHERS' FAIR So on Tuesday the 1st we will have a stand during the Freshers' Fair. We will be at the Main Entrance stand 8 (the one by exhibition road) next to where we were last year. We will need to have as many people there possible. The Fair will run from 11 to 4 pm so if you could all fill up the following document with your available hours that will be great! Come dress up on your judo gis to make it more fun! We will also have some people handing out flyers around and maybe we could try some throws on Queens Lawn! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0An9lgP0Dh8nJdGZxa0EtbFN5VGxwWll... I will give a FREE Imperial Judo jacket to everyone who comes and help!! TRAINING TIMES. So the training times for this year are: Wednesday 1:30 pm - 3pm (Budokwai) Thursday 6:30 pm - 8 pm (Union Gym) Beginners/Refreshers Session. Friday 8 pm - 9:30 pm (Union Gym). The first training will be on Wednesday the 2nd of October. We will meet at the Library entrance at 12:50 so we can all go together to the Budokwai. You can go straight there if you prefer. The first Beginners Session is on Thursday the 3rd. These sessions will be also open to experience players who want to improve their technique. It will be great to get as many of you there as possible to interact with the beginners! We will also go for drinks after the session (8 pm) at the Union Bar, this and next Thursday so, even if you do not make it to the sessions, please join us for the drinks!! MEMBERSHIP AND EXTRA GIS For those of you who are 100 % sure about joining the club already I would appreciate if you buy your membership ASAP so our finances stop being frozen.
