Hi all, Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, however here are the final details for the event: Friday 8.00pm - Arrive at Tapton School (Darwin Ln, SHEFFIELD, South Yorkshire S10 5RG) 8.00pm - approx 10.00pm - weigh in at Tapton School (this may carry on later if teams arrive late) 10.00pm - 1.00 am - Optional drink at the Fox and Duck (our sponsoring pub - reduced-price drinks should be available!) 1.00am - 7.00am - Overnight stay at Tapton School (we will have mats to sleep on, but please bring sleeping bags, and additional bedding/airbeds/etc if you would like) Saturday 7.00am - Wakeup calls w/airhorns! 7.00am - 8.00am - Additional weigh ins, breakfast at Tapton & clear mats away 8.00am - 8.45am - Head down to Goodwin Sports Centre 8.45am - 9.30am - Final weigh-ins (ideally we don't want to have to do these), setup in hall 9.30am - 4.00pm - Competition (food will be available throughout the day on tables to the side of the hall) 4.00pm - 4.30pm - Medal & trophy presentation 4.30pm - 5.00pm - Clear away 5.00pm - 6.30pm - Head to tapton, shower, change for social 6.30pm - 7.00pm - Head to Fox and Duck 7.00pm - 11.00pm - Food, boat race, social, large quantities of general alcohol consumtion @ the Fox and Duck 11.00pm - 11.30pm - Head to Sheffield Students Union for Poptarts 11.30pm - 2.00am - Exceptionally cheesy music and terrible dancing in Poptarts 2.00am - 2.30am - Head back to Tapton School (optional curry in balti king/chips from Northern Sole) 2.30am - 9.00am - Drunken slumber on Mats Sunday 9.00am - 10.30am - Leave Tapton House School (unless you are bristol, then leaving time is approx 4pm in the afternoon when the driver's sobered up!)
