Dear All, Those of you who would like to take part in the Sheffield Competition please send me your weight, grade and licence number as soon as possible. The deadline for the application is Monday. It is going to be a one day competition so we will be leaving Saturday morning or Friday evening and coming back on Saturday evening. I really advice all of you to take part, to see how does a competition look like, what is the atmosphere like and to test yourselves. Secondly, the Sport Imperial is going to provide us with a fitness program. We will meet the gym instructors at the Ethos gym next week, they are going to show us the exercises, check if we are doing them correctly. The sessions would be between 12-13. Please let me know if you are interested and let me know what days (apart from Wednesday) fit you. Lastly, I would like to remind those of you who have the booklets, that they contain a free grading voucher. Please bring the voucher with you next time you grade and you will not have to pay £7.
