Hey guys, The biggest competition of the year is coming up soon - BUCS!! What and When Is It? BUCS is the national competition for university Judo and as mentioned is the most important competition of the year. This is the competition the union puts the most focus on, and winning medals can get clubs some nice perks for nice year such as strength and conditioning session, physio etc The competition this year will be from the 15-17th of February. Friday will be the weigh-ins, Saturday all individual competitions, and Sunday teams competitions. We'll be going by minibus although you can make your own way their if you wish, and staying in Sheffield for the weekend. Who Can Enter? You need to be a student at Imperial College to enter, so externals unfortunately can't enter 😞 You also need to be at least a 4th kyu (Orange belt) by the time of the competition. If you're not sure if you will be that grade in time but want to enter, just put your name down anyway and let us know. Details Needed and Deadline?
