Ladies and Gents, this is a final reminder, nominations close on Monday, and need to be completed and put in the ACC pigeon hole in the SAC. Please cascade this to your club lists if you have not already done so. Attached is the nomination form you need to print out and complete if you wish to stand for a position in the ACC Exec next year. The elections will take place at the ACC AGM which will be held in the penultimate week of term, on Thursday 13th March, to be held in the Union Concert Hall from 12:30 until 14:00. I will be acting as returning officer for the ACC Elections, hence all nomination papers should be returned to me, and all questions regarding the election process should be directed my way, to acc.chair@ic.ac.uk or lt04@ic.ac.uk Nominations will close at 5pm on Monday 10.03.2008. After this no more nomination papers will be accepted. To stand for any positions you will need to print off the attached nomination form. You will need to indicate the position applied for, to have a proposer who will introduce you at the AGM, and ten seconders, who will need to give their CID number, and sign the form. This will then be placed in the ACC pigeon hole in SAC, and I will collect all the forms on the 10th March. The positions to be applied for, and the person who holds the positions this year are as follows. Please contact that person for any other details about what the job involves.
