Next year we have a lot going on in the first few months, not only is there the Sheffield competition, BUSA but there is also this competition in Paris:

PARIS
When: Sat 9th - 10th Feb

Schedule: Sat 9th 1.30pm weigh in
                            3 - 9pm comp
                            Followed by - Party and accommodation sat night
                Sun 10th 8am Travel Paris tournament, Paris Bercy Stadium
                             6.30pm aprox return to campus (or we could head home directly)

All of the contestants can stay for a party in the campus on Saturday night, also, we con go see Paris super A Tournament in Sunday - that is the biggest and one of the most prestigious in the world. It is a good way to see some of the best judokas on Earth just before the 2008 Olympic games in Beijing
Costs - Entry fee - 50 euros. Travel to Paris should be £60-90 but half of that may be paid by the club, depending on the number of people joining. Accomodation is included in the entry fee.

Also News for anyone thinking of going to ULU, their training Fridays (19:00-21:00) and Sundays (12:00-14:00)

1. MEMBERSHIP. If you are a current student or a University of London graduate and still didnt complete membership form, please, find Jen, Julie or Alex to get one. It is very important for the club.
2. XMAS PARTY. Some drinking (as usual for many of us) will be going on this Friday, so, please, join in at the ULU bar (1st floor) straight after the session.
